Hi! I ordered an embroidered halter on Sunday as a last-minute surprise for my daughter (first show on new horse this coming weekend). I was delighted when it arrived today - two days after I ordered it! - and was even more delighted at the quality. My daughter is thrilled, and our horse looks very handsome. Thank you, thank you! I have put your website up on our stable's message board so the rest of the team can look as snazzy.
I will certainly shop again around the holidays!

Thank you for your speedy reply.  I have four horses and they all wear your monogramed halters.  I made the mistake once and bought a more inexpensive one from another company and the quality was just not the same.  Never again will I try saving a dime!!  This is the first time I have needed to use "customer service" and you passed the test with flying colors!!

Just wanted to let you know that the two monogrammed dog collars (names and phone#) with matching braded leashes have been a big hit at my agility trials. I cannot count the number of people that have come up to me to ask where I got them. Good thing you put a label in the collars!  Thank you for making beautiful and well made  collars and leashes,

Wow that was fast THANK YOU!

Santa Claus had already drafted a note claiming a “broken sewing machine” because I ordered it so late, I thought for sure it wouldn’t be here in time for Christmas.  I should have ordered another!
