If the halter is being sent back to us for repair, it must be

freshly washed  and "clean" or we will charge a cleaning fee!

If your horse has broken the throat snap on his halter

you can choose from 2 options:

 Broken Throat Snap?

• To order a replacement snap go to Halter Snap Replacement in our Product List.   
• You can install this snap without sewing or taking the halter apart. 
  It can be replaced with a screwdriver.   The Snap is only $5.00 + s/h.

•  Send the freshly washed halter to us along with your check for $15.00 to cover shipping and handling and we will replace the broken snap.

Need a Name Change on your halter? Not a problem!

• Send your clean, "Freshly Washed" halter along with your check for $22.50 (or call 440-298-3018 with Credit Card Info) which covers one name change, shipping and handling, and we will gladly change the name.  If you have more than one name change, add $7.00 for each additional name change.

Ordered the wrong size Halter?

• Exchange the new and unused Halter within 30 days of purchase.  Enclose a copy of your receipt and the necessary information detailing which size or name change you require.   
• "FIRST" Please call 440-298-3018 for exchange approval"   Do NOT return the halter without first getting approval!
• There will be a charge of $22.50 which includes "one name change", and shipping/handling.  If you need more than one name on the new halter, add $7.00 for each additional name.

There is no return/refund on custom orders.   

Any halter with a Personalized Name is a Custom Halter.
